We collect almost nothing — and set no tracking cookies.
Citipax Atlas is a marketing site for a parcel-intelligence service. It does not run advertising, does not track you across the web, and does not sell data. This page explains the little it does do.
The short version. We use privacy-first, cookieless visitor analytics — no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no cross-site tracking — so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner. If you email us, we keep that email to reply. Owner-identifying parcel data never appears on this site.
Analytics (cookieless)
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count aggregate page views and referrers so we know which pages are useful. It is designed to be privacy-first: it sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. Because no personal data is processed and no cookies are set, no consent prompt is required.
Cookies
This marketing site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. At most it relies on the strictly-necessary cookies a web host uses to serve pages securely. We do not use Google Analytics, ad pixels, or any cross-site trackers — which is why you will not see a cookie-consent banner.
What you send us
The only way to share personal information here is to email us (the “Book a look” links open your mail app). We use what you send — your name, email, and what you tell us about your project — only to reply and to scope a possible engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not share it.
The privacy wall around parcel data
Atlas’s parcel intelligence is built from public records and is reported as banded, aggregated screening signals — never a roster of people. Owner names and home addresses live behind a strict internal privacy wall, consistent with New Jersey’s Daniel’s Law (P.L. 2020, c. 125), and never appear on this website or in any deliverable. This site itself holds none of that data.
Your choices
Because we do not track you, there is nothing to opt out of. If you have emailed us and want us to delete what you sent, or you have any privacy question, write to ben@citipax.org and we will take care of it.
